摘要
通过高效液相色谱和紫外分光光度法分析比较8种黔产野菜的主要抗氧化成分(总黄酮、多酚、多糖及维生素A,维生素E,维生素C)的含量,为黔产野菜的开发利用提供参考。剪刀菜的黄酮含量最高,达到65.9 mg/g;而蓝布正的多酚、多糖含量最高,分别达到65.6 mg/g和120.1 mg/g;灰菜维生素C含量最高,达到35.1 mg/100 g;清明菜维生素A含量最高,达到0.14 mg/100 g;马齿苋维生素E含量最高;达到19 mg/100 g。
The contents of the total flavone, polyphenol, polysaccharide and vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin C of 8 wild vegetables collected in Guizhou province were determined and compared with HPLC and UV method for their exploitation and utilization. The total flavone content is the most for Aster sublatus Michx., up to 65. 9mg/g; the polyphenol content and the polysaccharide content are the most for Geumjaponicum Thunb.; up to 65.6 mg/g and 120.1 mg/g, respectively; the content of vitamin C is the most for Chenopodium album L, up to 35.1 mg/100 g; the content of vitamin A is the most for Gnaphalium affine D. Don, up to 0.14 mg/100 g; the content of vitamin E is the most for Portulaca oleracea L., up to 19 mg/100 g.
