直接数字化X线摄影技术在腰椎正侧位影像中的应用价值

Application value of direct digital radiography technology in lumbar frontal and lateral X ray images

目的探讨直接数字化X线摄影技术在腰椎正侧位影像中的应用价值。方法随机抽取80例腰椎疾病患者的腰椎部位X线摄片,利用直接数字X线摄影系统对图像进行后处理,另随机抽取80例患者的普通腰椎X线摄片资料进行对比分析,比较两组的图像质量评分与阅片满意率。结果观察组评分的中位数为14分,对照组的评分中位数为9分。秩和检验的统计值Z=-8.28,P<0.01,两组影像的质量评分差异有统计学意义。观察组患者的直接数字X线摄影腰椎侧位片显示满意率为92.5%(74/80),对照组的患者普通X线腰椎侧位片的显示满意率为71.3%(57/80),两组满意率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=19.76,P<0.05)。结论与普通X线影像相比,直接数字化X线摄影技术能更好地显示下部腰椎椎体、附件及周围软组织,可获得质量较高的图像,对放射诊断工作很有意义。

Objective To explore application value of direct digital radiography technology in lumbar frontal and lat- eral X ray images. Methods Eighty patients with lumbar disease were randomly divided into observation group. Their frontal and lateral X-ray images were processed with DDR. The other 80 patients were randomly selected in control group. Their normal lumbar X-ray data were analyzed, image quality score and the satisfaction rate were compared two groups. Results The median score of observation group was 14 ,the median score of control group was 9. Use rank sum test statistic,Z = -8.28,P 〈 0.01 ,there was significant difference between image quality score of two groups. Satisfac- tion rate of observation group was 92.5%（74/80）,satisfaction rate of control group was 71.3% （57/80）,the difference was statistically significant （X2=19.76, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with the conventional X-ray imaging, di- rect digital radiography technology can display the lower lumbar vertebrae, accessories and surrounding soft tissue im- age can be obtained better, higher quality, very significant in diagnostic radiology.
