彩色多普勒超声对子宫肌瘤及子宫腺肌病的诊断价值

Value of color doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids and adenomyosis

目的探讨应用彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫肌瘤及子宫腺肌病的临床价值。方法对2009年1月～2013年1月间在我院就诊的有病理诊断的子宫肌瘤患者30例及子宫腺肌病患者28例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。比较两组患者的超声声像图及子宫血流动力学参数的变化。结果肌瘤组的RI值(0.67±0.02)明显低于腺肌病组(0.72±0.09),而肌瘤组的PI值(1.53±0.28)明显高于腺肌病组(1.25±0.32),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而两种疾病的PS和ED组间分别比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声对子宫肌瘤和腺肌病的诊断与鉴别诊断具有重要作用。

Objective To investigate clinical value of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids and adenomyosis. Methods From January 2009 to January 2013 in our hospital pathological diagnosis of 30 patients with uterine fibroids and 28 patients with adenomyosis were analyzed retrospectively. Changes in the two groups were com- pared sonographic and uterine hemodynamic parameters. Results The fibroids groups RI values （0.67±0.02） was signif- icantly lower than the adenomyosis group （0.72±0.09）, fibroids group PI values （1.53±0.28） was significantly higher than that of adenomyosis group （1.25±0.32）, the difference between groups was significant （P 〈 0.05）. And both diseases PS and ED groups were compared, the difference was not significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Ultrasound has an impor- tant role in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of uterine fibroids and adenomyosis.
