摘要
目的探讨联合使用可吸收肋骨钉与镍肽记忆合金环抱器在多发肋骨骨折治疗中的应用价值。方法对我院2005年5月~2012年5月收治的198例多发肋骨骨折分别采用可吸收肋骨钉、镍肽记忆合金环抱器、可吸收肋骨钉+镍肽记忆合金环抱器内固定手术治疗的多发、多段肋骨骨折患者进行对比分析。结果三组患者术后均获临床治愈.镍肽记忆合金环抱器、可吸收肋骨钉、镍肽记忆合金环抱器和可吸收肋骨钉在手术时间、术后胸痛持续时间、术后慢性疼痛方面有显著差异(P〈0.05),在住院时间、住院费用、术后呼吸并发症的发生率均无显著差异(P〉0.05)。结论对多根多处肋骨骨折致行切开复位肋骨内固定治疗,联合镍肽记忆合金环抱器与可吸收肋骨钉内固较单一使用效果更佳、更可靠,术后疼痛少。
Objective To investigate the effect of combined use of absorbable fib-connecting-pins nickel peptide with shape memory alloy embracing the clinical application values of fib fracture in multiple. Methods The 198 cases with multiple fib fractures were treated with absorbable fib-connecting-pins, nickel peptide memory alloy embracing fixa- tor, absorbable rib-connecting-pins + nickel peptide memory alloy embracing fixator for the treatment of operation of multiple, multiple fib fracture patients were analyzed in our hospital from 2005 May to 2012 May. Results The three groups of patients were clinically cured, nickel peptide memory alloy embracing fixator, absorbable rib-connecting- pins, nickel peptide memory alloy embracing fixator had differences and absorbable rib-connecting-pins chest pain in the operation time, postoperative duration, postoperative chronic pain (P 〈 0.05), at the time of hospitalization, cost of hospitalization, surgery respiratory complications had no significant difference (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Multiple fibs fracture were treated with open reduction and internal fixation, fibs, and nickel peptide of shape memory alloy embrac- ing fixator and absorbable rib-connecting-pins fixation than single use of better, more reliable, less postoperative pain.
