正交设计优选阳和平喘颗粒的提取工艺 被引量:5

摘要 目的:优选阳和平喘颗粒的提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验法,以乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数为考察因素,以盐酸麻黄碱、五味子醇甲、芥子碱硫氰酸盐含量为考察指标,优选阳和平喘颗粒的提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为8倍量的80%乙醇加热回流提取2次,每次1.5 h。结论:优选出的提取工艺稳定、可行。 Objective :To optimize the best extraction technology otangtte rngcnuan granmes, zvletnoa:L9 t. ) or- thogonal test was used for optimizing extraction technolo for content determination of Yanghe Pingchuan ranules with the concentration of ethanol, the amount of solvent, extraction times and extraction time as investigation factors, extraction content of ephedrine hydrochloride, schisandrol A and sinapine thiocyanate were taken as indexes. Results : Optimal extrac- tion technology was as follows:reflux extracted 2 times with 8 times amount of 80% ethanol, 1.5 h for each time. Conclu- sion:Optimized extraction technology is stable and feasible.
