仙丹升血颗粒的薄层色谱鉴别研究

Study on TLC of Xiandan Shengxue Granules

目的:建立仙丹升血颗粒的薄层鉴别方法,为其质量标准的制定提供依据。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别仙丹升血颗粒中的三七、栀子、虎杖。结果:仙丹升血颗粒中的三七、栀子、虎杖和对照药材薄层色谱主斑点位置一致,且定性鉴别斑点圆整,分离度好,易于区别。结论:所建立的方法简便、灵敏、准确、专属性强,可作为仙丹升血颗粒的质量控制方法之一。

Objective ： To establish a TLC identification method for Xiandan Shengxue Granules and to provide basis for the establishment of its quality standard. Methods： Radix Notoginseng, Fructus Gradeniae and Polygonum cuspidatum in Xiandan Shengxue Granules were identified by TLC. Results ： The obtained TLC spots of Radix Notoginseng, Fructus Gradeniae and Polygonum cuspidatum in Xiandan Shengxue Granules occurred at the corresponding positions compared to the controls. The studies showed the spot of naringoside on TLC. Conclusion ： The method is proved to be simple, sensitive, precise and reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Xiandan Shengxue Granules.
