Discussion on Psychosomatic Disease Pathogenesis——Cyclic Superimposed Mechanism and Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatments

心身疾病的发病机制,一直以来是国内外众多学者致力研究的重大课题。根据中医情志学说,结合现代医学的研究,提出心身疾病发病机制—"循环叠加机制"的观点,阐述"内生应激源",是心身疾病发病、发展过程中一个至关重要的发病环节。强调心理干预改善不良认知评价,对于治疗心身疾病的重要性。提出中医药治疗对策的思路和优越性。

The pathogenesis of psychosomatic diseases has been a major issue that many domestic and foreign schol- ars have committed to research. According to traditional Chinese medicine theory of emotions and combined with modern medical research, the author proposes the idea of the psychosomatic disease pathogenesis - cyclic superimposed mecha- nism and elaborates that endogenous stressor is one of the critical incidence links in the development process of psychoso- matic diseases. This thesis also emphasizes on the importance of treatment by psychological interventions to improve the adverse cognitive evaluation in psychosomatic diseases and puts forward the idea of Chinese medicine treatment counter- measures and its superiority.
