摘要
利用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和光学显微镜等分析手段 ,对水泥熟料的矿物组成特征、晶体的生长程度及显微结构特征等进行了深入的研究。结果表明 ,该水泥熟料中含有损熟料质量的C12 A7及α C2 S等物相 ;熟料的烧成是在还原环境及过于快速的冷却条件下进行的。
This paper deals with mineral composition, crystal growth, and microstructure of the cement clinker by means of X\|ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and reflecting stereoscopy. The results show that there is a small amount of C\-\{12\}A\-7 and α\|C\-2S in the cement clinker which may engender pernicious effects on its properties, and that the clinker was generated under reducing atmosphere condition and underwent a supercooling process.
