肌钙蛋白T和B型尿钠肽水平改变对心力衰竭患者预后的影响分析

Analysis of Changes of Troponin T and B Type Natriuretic Peptide Level on the Prognosis of Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的探讨肌钙蛋白T和B型尿钠肽水平改变对心力衰竭患者预后影响。方法选择我院慢性心力衰竭患者共46例,作为观察组,心功能Ⅱ级、心功能Ⅲ级和心功能Ⅳ级患者分别为12例,23例和11例。同时选择同期到我院体检的健康者40例,作为对照组。检测所选对象肌钙蛋白T和B型尿钠肽水平。结果观察组肌钙蛋白T、B型尿钠肽水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心功能Ⅳ级患者肌钙蛋白T和B型尿钠肽水平高于心功能Ⅲ级患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心功能Ⅲ级患者B型尿钠肽水平高于心功能Ⅱ级患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肌钙蛋白T和B型尿钠肽水平有助于了解慢性心力衰竭患者预后,具有重要临床意义。

Objective To investigate the change of cardiac troponin T and B type natriuretie peptide levels on the prognosis of patients with heart failure. Methods 46 eases with chronic heart failure patients as the observation group were selected, the patients with grade II of cardiac function was 12cases, the patients with grade III of cardiac function was 23cases, the patients with grade IV of cardiac function was 11 cases. 40 cases with physical health were selected as the control group at the same period, level.of troponin T and B type natriuretie peptide was detected. Results Level of cardiac troponin T, B type natriuretie peptide in the observation group was higher than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; cardiac troponin T and B type natriuretic peptide levels of the patients with heart function class IV was higher than those of the patients with cardiac function grade III, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; cardiac troponin T and B type natriuretic peptide levels of the patients with heart function class III was higher than those of the patients with cardiac function gradeII, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conelnsions Troponin T and B type natriuretie peptide levels contribute to the understanding of the prognosis of chronic heart failure patients, and which has important clinical significance.
