变应性鼻炎患者血清IL-2、IL-4的检测结果分析

Analysis of Patients with Allergic Rhinitis Serum IL-2,IL-4 Test Results.

目的对变应性鼻炎患者的血清IL-2、IL-4进行检测,以分析IL-2、IL-4对变应性鼻炎患者的检查价值。方法选择2011年1月至2012年12月我院收治的变应性鼻炎患者50例作为实验组,同期在我院进行体检的健康者50例作为对照组,对比观察两组患者的IL-2、IL-4检查结果,并进行统计学分析。结果实验组IL-2为(16.02±2.84)ng/L,低于对照组健康者,P<0.05;实验组IL-4为(127.85±61.52)ng/L,高于对照组健康体检者,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论变应性鼻炎患者的IL-2明显降低、IL-4升高,IL-2、IL-4可能参与到变应性鼻炎的发生和发展中,值得诊治中应用。

Objective To detect serum IL-2, IL-4 in patients with allergic rhinitis, in order to analyze the diagnostic value of IL - 2, IL-4 in patients with allergic rhinitis.
