摘要
目的分析阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)与2型糖尿病之间的相关性。方法分别检测56例确诊为OSAHS患者与52例正常人的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、胰岛素、糖化血红蛋白。结果 OSAHS组和对照组在BMI,空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、胰岛素、糖化血红蛋白间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 OSAHS与2型糖尿病相关,可能互为危险因素。
Objective Analysis of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome （OSAHS） and a correlation between type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 56 cases of OSAHS and 52 cases of normal human fasting blood glucose and HbAlc were analyzed. Results In OSAHS group,fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin was significantly higher than that in control group. Conclusion OSAHS had significant correlation with type 2 diabetes,may be common risk factors for.
