医院感染病原菌的分布及耐药性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的对我院病原菌的分布及耐药性分析,为临床合理应用抗菌药物和控制医院感染提供依据。方法收集2010年临床送检的632份培养标本,利用珠海迪尔微生物分析系统进行菌株鉴定及药敏试验。结果共分离出250株病原菌(痰液151/333、血液25/123、尿液48/78、分泌物11/29、导管7/20、其他8/49),其中主要的病原菌为大肠埃希菌占20.8%,铜绿假单胞菌占11.2%,肺炎克雷伯菌占7.6%,金黄色葡萄球菌占9.2%,白色假丝酵母菌占13.6%。大肠埃希菌对亚胺培南100.0%、美罗培南100.0%、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦94.2%均有较高的敏感性,铜绿假单胞菌对阿米卡星96.4%、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦92.9%、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦89.3%、亚胺培南89.3%、美罗培南85.7%有较高的敏感性。结论 2010年我院感染病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主,对常规抗菌药物敏感率较低,因此建议临床在抗感染治疗中,应以病原菌药敏结果为依据。
