重型颅脑损伤后早期外伤性脑积水的防治

摘要 目的探讨减少重型颅脑损伤后脑积水发生率的方法。方法回顾性分析145例重型颅脑损伤的临床资料。结果 145例患者,行减压术并腰穿者脑积水发生率约为0.7%。随访2年,无慢性脑积水发生。结论颅脑损伤后早期手术减压并腰椎穿刺能有效减少脑积水发生率。
