在社会人口老年变化、疾病谱向慢性非传染性疾病变化情况下,伴随我国经济发展,康复医疗服务需求已经大量增加。本文通过回顾康复医学的发展,分析我国康复服务现状和制约康复发展的因素,提出政府主导的职能应继续加强,通过整合社会资源、各部门配合,通过大力加强社区卫生服务机构基础设施和康复服务能力建设,是2015年实现"人人享有康复服务"的重要保证。

In the social population old age change, disease to chronic non-communicable diseases change situation, along with our country economy development, rehabilitation medical service needs has a large increase. This paper reviews the development of rehabilitation medicine, analyzes the present situation and rehabilitation services restricted the development of recovery factors, and puts forward the government leading function should continue to strengthen, through the integration of social resources, departments cooperate, through strengthen community health service infrastructure and rehabilitation service ability construction, is 2015 years to achieve ＂everyone has the right to rehabilitation services,＂ the important guarantee.
