丁卡因胶桨在男性导尿术的应用分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨丁卡因胶桨在男性导尿术中应用的临床疗效。方法回顾分析观察组78例男性患者在行导尿管术前应用丁卡因胶桨作局麻及对照组40例男性患者未作丁卡因胶桨作局麻患者的的临床疗效。使用四点口述分级疼痛评分法及导尿成功率进行评分。结果观察组术前应用应用丁卡因胶桨作局麻患者的镇痛效果及导尿成功率明显优于对照组,统计学有显著差异。结论术前应用丁卡因胶桨作局麻在男性导尿术中能有效减轻男性导尿患者的疼痛及增加导尿成功率,应用安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of tetracaine gel propeller in male urethral catheterization. Methods 78 cases of observation group undergone catheter surgery with the application of tetracaine gel propeller for local anesthesia. 40 cases of control group undergone catheter surgery without the application of tetracaine gel propeller. The material was analyzed retrospectively. A four-point the Oral grading pain score and catheterization success rate were recorded. Results The analgesic effect of local anesthesia and catheterization success rate in observation group were significantly better than the control group. It had statistically significant differences. Conclusion Application of tetracaine plastic paddle preoperative can effectively alleviate male urethral catheterization in male patients. It is safe and reliable, worthy of clinical application.
