OPEN UP BUSINESS GEOLOGICAL FIELD DEVELOP GEOLOGICAL PROSPECTING ECONOMY

贵州化工地质勘查院从认真分析省情和院情入手 ,确立了“地质找矿为主 ,试行探采结合 ,稳步发展工勘 ,加强多种经营 ,搞活物业管理”的发展思路。面对市场主动出击 ,多渠道吸收资金 ,尝试了“找钱探矿”的新途径 ,为今后从事商业性地质工作积累了经验。为适应改革发展的需要 ,通过各级管理机构的调整与组建、对各项规章制度的进一步完善及严格管理、建立地质项目库及加强与外部环境的沟通等方面的工作 ,使本院的工作取得了一定成绩 。

Through analyzing the situations of Guizhou province and the institute, Guizhou Chemical Geology Prospecting Institute has set up a developing aim that is 'mainly do geological ore search ,try to cooperate prospecting with mining,steadily develop engineering prospecting,strength diversified economy,vivify property management'.Trying to gain the initiative in the market,absorbing funds through various channels,it has tried a new way of 'looking for money of ore search' ,and has accumulated some experience for business geological work in the future. For the need of reform and develop ,the institute has adjusted and formed it's administrative organs at different levels ,improved all rules and regulations tightened up management,set up geological projects library and strengthened linking with outside environment,so it has made some progress and accumulated some experiences for opening up business geological prospecting with ploy investment in the future.
