摘要
福建化工地质勘查院在 1995~ 1997年间因管理不善 ,亏损严重的被动局面下 ,确定了调整产业结构 ,大力开拓市场 ,走地质勘查、工程勘查、建筑施工三业并举之路的发展方向。通过人员重组 ,健全和完善各项规章制度 ,很抓财务的清理和整顿 ,加强各项物资设备及安全、质量管理等管理和整顿措施的实施 ,并积极开拓市场 ,节支和开源双管齐下 ,同时加强思想政治工作 ,促进了改革的深化和经济的发展 ,取得了显著的效益。工作中体会到 :加强领导 ,转变观念是各项工作上台阶的重要保证 ;深化改革 ,才能促进经济的发展 ;强化内部管理 ,是提高效益 ,扭亏为盈的关键。
During 1995-1997,Fujian Chemical Geology Prospecting Institute suffered heavy losses because of improper management.It decided to change it's industrial structure,open up the market ,take geology prospecting ,engineering prospecting and construction as it's developing target .It has promoted it's reform deepening and economy developing that through regrouping staff,improving rules and regulations ,checking up and rectifying financial affairs ,strengthening the handling of all goods and materials,machines,safety and quality,and vigorously opening up the market,increasing income and decreasing expenditure ,at the same time strengthening the political thought education.It is concluded that only strengthen leadership and change the old idea can promote every work done well,only deepen reform can promote the economy developing,only tighten up the management can increase the profits and turn loss into gain.
