中药灌肠加盆腔理疗治疗盆腔炎的疗效观察

目的探讨中药灌肠加盆腔理疗治疗病原菌不明的盆腔炎疗效。方法将120例病原菌不明的盆腔炎患者随机分成两组,A组60例,采用经验抗生素治疗,治疗方案为左氧氟沙星联合甲硝唑。B组60例,采用中药灌肠加盆腔理疗的治疗方法。均10d为1个疗程。根据临床症状及体征的消失或减轻结合妇科B超检查观察疗效。结果 A组临床有效率48.3%,B组临床有效率98.3%,明显优于A组。结论中药灌肠加盆腔理疗对病原菌不明的盆腔炎患者疗效显著。
