摘要 目的对软组织测量系统应用于颅颌面特征研究的效果进行分析。方法通过跟踪调查研究不同年龄阶段的颅颌面的软组织测量,观察其测量的项目和数据结果,建立颌面部对称性相关指标的数据库,Me-Gol的测量值为98.4,Me-pg为10.3,在此基础上确立一套常规性系统应用于临床,且具有实用、简便等特点的面部软组织二维和三维形态学的美学评估标准。结果通过对各个测量对象的测量结果分析,建立了深圳地区13~18岁年龄组正常人群的颌面部对称性相关指标的数据库,Me-COr 144.6,ANS-PNS 39.8,Sul-Orl 32.8,并在此基础上,确立该年龄段组颌面部对称性的美学评估标准。结论软组织测量系统在对颅颌面成长特征上的探测,可以为临床提供相关的指导性依据,为进一步的研究面部测量软件打下基础。 Objective Craniomaxillofacial characteristics use the oft tissue measurement system of the research results were analyzed. Methods Through the tracking investigation and study different age stage of the cranial jaw the soft tissue measurement, observe its measurement programs and data, the establishment of maxillofacial symmetry correlation index database, Me - Gol measurement value is 98.4, 10.3 for Me-pg, and based on this, to establish a set of conventional system applied in clinical, and has practical, simple features such as facial soft tissue 2d and 3d the morphology of the aesthetic evaluation criteria. Results Through the various measuring object measurement results analysis, the establishment of the shenzhen area 13 age group of normal people maxillofacial symmetry correlation index database, Me-COr 144.6, ANS- PNS 39.8, Sul-Orl 32.8, and on this basis, establish the age group of maxillofacial symmetry aesthetic evalu^ation criteria. Conclusion Soft tissue measurement system in the craniomaxillofacial growth characteristics of detection can provide guidance for clinical basis for further research of facial measurement software to lay the foundation.
