子宫颈小细胞癌的临床病理分析

Analysis of Pathology of Small Cell Carcinoma of Cervis

目的分析子宫颈小细胞癌临床病理特点及相关治疗情况。方法选取2003年1月至2008年1月收治的32例子宫颈小细胞癌患者,均行临床基本检查、镜检以及免疫组化检查,对检查结果分别予以分析,并对临床治疗结果进行基本分析。结果所有患者的临床相关检查结果均与子宫颈小细胞癌的病理学特征相吻合,治疗结果显示,肿瘤<3cm、无淋巴结转移、浅肌层浸润、综合模式治疗以及接受放化疗的患者临床治疗效果均相对更明显(P<0.05)。结论对子宫颈小细胞癌的临床病理学特点进行全面分析,利于临床诊断准确率的提高,并利于治疗方案的合理性和治疗效果的改善。

Objective To analyze the pathology and treatment of small cell carcinoma of cervis （SCCC）. Methods Choosed 32 patients of SCCC from Jan. 2003 to Jan. 2008 to analyze by basic examination, microscopy, immunohistochemical staining. Results The results of clinical examination corresponded with results of pathology of SCCC. And the patients with tumor 〈 3cm, no lymph node metastasis, shallow muscle layer infiltration and receiving chemoradiotherapy receiwed better effect （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Analyze pathology of SCCC comprehensively could improve accuracy rate to make rational treatment.
