卡孕栓联合缩宫素对于产后出血的预防疗效研究

Carprost Combined with Oxytocin for the Prevention of Postpartum Hemorrhage Curative Effect

目的观察卡孕栓联合缩宫素预防产后出血的临床疗效,分析其临床价值。方法选取2008年12月至2009年10月在我院治疗的82例子宫出血患者,随机分为两组,对照组患者给予卡孕栓,观察组患者采用卡孕栓联合缩宫素治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效进行比较。结果观察组患者用药后其第三产程时间及2h的出血量均少于对照组,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者给予卡孕栓前后,其收缩压及舒张压在给药前后差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卡孕栓联合缩宫素对于产后出血患者的预防效果较好,可以缩短第三产程的时间,减少出血量,可以在临床上推广应用。

Objective To observe carprost combined with oxytoein effect on prevention of postpartum hemorrhage, analyze its clinical value. Methods From 2008 December to 2009 year in October in our hospital treatment of 82 cases of uterine bleeding, were randomly divided into two groups, the control group were treated with methyl carprost supposit the observation group were treated by carprost combined with oxytocin treatment, to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results The pa in the observation group after the third time of birth process and 2h bleeding was less than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; observation group was treated with methyl carprost suppository before and after, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure before and after drug administration were not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Carprost combined with oxytocin for the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage in patients with good effect, can shorten the time of third stage of labor, reduce the amount of bleeding, can be widely applied in clinical practice.
