中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘53例临床观察

Clinical Observation of TCM-WM Treatment of Bronchial Asthma in 53 Cases

目的探讨中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的支气管哮喘患者分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予中药协定处方进行治疗,一疗程后评价临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96.23%,对照组总有效率为84.62%,两组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘临床疗效确切,安全有效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the treatment of bronchial asthma with TCM-WM. Methods Bronchial asthma patients in our hospital was divided into a treatment group and a control group. The control group was received conventional therapy and the treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions on the basis of the control group. Evaluate the clinical efficacy after a course of treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.23%, the control group was 84.62%. They had a significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The clinical efficacy of the treatment of bronchial asthma with TCM-WM is effective and safely.
