MSCTA对主动脉夹层的诊断价值

The Value of Multislice Spiral CT Angiographyin Diagnosis of Aortic Dissection

目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管成像技术(CTA)在主动脉夹层诊断中的应用价值。方法收集29例经临床及DSA证实的主动脉夹层患者,行MSCT扫描,结合最大密度投影(MIP)、多平面重组(MPR)、曲面重建(CPR)、CT仿真内镜(CTVE)、容积再现(VR)等后处理技术进行综合分析。结果 29例显示夹层动脉瘤的真假腔、内膜片、夹层范围,19例显示破裂口位置,11例显示重要分支受累情况。结论 MSCT对主动脉夹层动脉瘤具有显著诊断价值,能快速、准确、无创诊断主动脉夹层,可作为主动脉夹层的首选检查。

Objective To investigate the value of multislice spiral CTangiography （CTA） in diagnosising of aortic dissection. Methods MSCT was performed on 29 cases proved in clinicwith aortic dissection, we analyze the post-processed images such asmaximum intensity projection （MIP）, multiplanar reformation （MPR）, surface reconstruction （CPR）, CT virtual endoscopy （CTVE） and so on. Results 29 cases of dissecting aneurysm of the false lumen, intimal flap, dissecting range, 19 cases shows the rupture location, 11 cases showed the important branch involvement. Conclusion MSCTis of significant value in diagnosis of aortic dissection, because it can diagnose aortic dissection rapidly, accurately and noninvasively, so it can be the first choice in diagnosing AD.
