小脑认知功能的临床研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 传统观点认为小脑的功能主要是维持躯体平衡,控制姿势和步态,调节肌张力和协调随意运动的准确性,其病变最主要的症状是共济失调,这种观点在近30年来受到了极大的冲击,越来越多的研究指出小脑有重要的的非运动功能,如与学习、言语、时间、地点、空间、视觉定向力、情感、注意力等认知功能相关。小脑损伤者常有工作记忆、计划、词语流畅性、抽象思维、
