严重多发伤患者急救护理的体会

In Patients with Severe Multiple Trauma Emergency Care

目的探讨了严重多发伤患者急救护理体会。方法回顾性分析我院2010年1月至2012年12月抢救多发伤患者56例的临床资料,对其实施了急救护理、心理护理及饮食护理等措施。结果 32例患者治愈出院,20例患者成功脱离危险期,病情稳定,康复迅速,住院观察一段时间即可出院,4例患者因伤势过重,抢救无效死亡,治疗的总有效率为92.86%。结论及时、科学的急救和护理措施是减少严重多发伤患者病死率,促进患者恢复的重要途径。

Objective To investigate the patients with severe multiple trauma emergency care. Methods The clinical data of 56 cases of multiple trauma patients in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012, on the implementation of the first aid nursing, psychological nursing and diet nursing measures. Results 32 patients were cured, 20 patients successfully out of danger, stable, rapid recovery, observe for a period of time can be discharged from hospital, 4 patients died from his injuries, rescue invalid death, the total effective rate of treatment was 92.86%. Conclusion The first aid and nursing measures in time,science is to reduce the mortality of patients with severe multiple trauma, an important way to promote patient recovery.
