尿糖值致情感障碍对糖尿病患者病情的影响

Effect of mood disturbance induced by uroglucose level on diabetic patients condition,

目的 :研究尿糖值致情感障碍对糖尿病患者病情的影响。方法 :将初患糖尿病 12 8例随机分为A、B两组 ,A组由主管护士负责收集尿样测定尿糖并记录 ,B组则由患者自己完成。研究期间 ,患者用药相对稳定 ,并给予糖尿病饮食 ,隔 5d查 1次血糖 ,并根据病情调整用药量 ,治疗 3周后评价结果 ,以总结尿糖测定值与病情控制的关系。结果 :A组情绪相对稳定者、血糖控制良好者多于B组 (P<0 0 5 )。结论 :尿糖测定值可使患者有较大的情感波动 ,对控制病情有一定的影响。

Objective:To research about the effect of mood disturbance induced by uroglucose level on patients *s condition Method:128 diabetic patients were random- ly divided into two groups:A:uroglucose were measured by nurse;B:uroglucose were measured by patient himself,during this period,treatment maintained stab^le Blood glucose(BS) were measured per 5 days,according to which treatment would be adjusted.Result:There are mo^re patients with stable condition、controlled BS in group A(P<0 05) Co^nclusion:Uroglucose level can affect patients*s mood and their condition
