摘要
目的 :将妇科腹腔镜手术与传统经腹手术对比 ,总结妇科腹腔镜手术患者的术后护理经验。方法 :将妇科手术患者随机分为腹腔镜手术组 (观察组 )和传统经腹手术组 (对照组 )各 40例 ,比较术后患者的疼痛程度 ,拔除尿管时间及自主排尿情况 ,开始下床活动时间及肛门排气时间。结果 :上述 4项指标 ,观察组均优于对照组 ,差异有高度显著性 (P <0 0 0 1,P <0 0 1)。结论 :妇科腹腔镜手术后患者疼痛程度轻 ,下床活动早 ,胃肠功能恢复快 ,尽早进食 ,有利于体力恢复 ,减少了术后并发症 ,且因不开腹 ,腹部无疤痕 ,无需拆线 ,住院时间短 ,节省了医疗费用。
Objective:We have compare gynecology peritonecoscope operation with traditional operation,drew nursing experience after peritonecoscope opration Method:Gynecology patients were divided into two groups randomly;peritonecosco-pe group(PG) and traditional group(TG) 40 cases for each,research about their pain degree,removal time of urination catheter,time for activity and aero^fluxus Result:PG group show superior to TG group in above indexes,differences are significant(P<0 001) Conclus^ion:Gyn^ecology peritonecoscope is better than traditional group for its milder pain,early movement early recovery of GI function early in take,no need for open peritoneal activity,less complication more economical
