5-硝基苯并呋喃-2-乙酸乙酯是盐酸维拉唑酮重要的合成中间体。本文分别考察了两种合成方法，并在运用单因素试验方法对其合成工艺条件进行探索。

2-（1-Ethoxy-vinyl）-5-nitro-benzofuran is an impormant organic intermediate of vilazotone. In this study, we investigated two synthetic methods,and further explored their synthesis conditions with single factor test methods.
