通货膨胀形势下的中小企业负债融资状况研究

摘要 当前，在通货膨胀状况明显和中小企业生产经营相对困难的形势下。融资经营是现代中小企业广泛采用的一种手段和方式，也是一种基本的财务管理策略。融资经营可以分为负债融资和主权融资。本文从负债融资及其财务风险与相应的对策进行研究，认为负债融资不仅可以解决企业经营资金紧张的问题，而且可以使企业资金来源呈现多元化趋势，适度的负债经营，也会使企业更加注重合理运用资金，提高资金使用效果，创造更多的经济效益。本文希望能够达到让负债融资既有利于企业的发展又少给企业增加风险这一目的．．
