影响小儿头皮静脉穿刺的相关因素分析

An Analysis of Factors Influencing Scalp Vein Punctures in Child

目的 :提高小儿头皮静脉穿刺的成功率 ,减轻患者的痛苦 ,保证医疗计划顺利进行。方法 :对 2 70例小儿头皮静脉穿刺的结果进行统计学 χ2检验 ,结果 :不同性别的患儿、年龄、病种、住院天数、护士年资与头皮静脉穿刺成功率无显著性差异 ,P>0 .0 5 ,患儿的情绪状态、家属配合程度、患儿的头皮血管情况与头皮静脉穿刺的成功率有极显著差异 ,P<0 .0 1。结论 :护士在为小儿头皮静脉穿刺时 ,必须保持冷静的情绪 ,选择清晰的血管 。

Objective:To improve the successfulness in the puncture of scalp vein in child and reduce the painfulness brought to child by an unsuccessful vein puncture,and to ensure the implementation of health care programm.Method:statistic analysis of the scalp vein puncture data from 270 cases of children was performed using χ 2 test.Result:There were no significant difference ( P >0.05) in the successfulness in scalp vein punctures in children of different sex,age,disease suffered,days of hospitalization and work history of surse performing vein puncture,but the successfulness in scalp vein punctures was significantly influenced by the emotional status of the child,the cooperational attitudes of the mother and the condition of scalp vein own right.Conclusion:A nurse should be calm while performing scalp vein puncture,and find a vein of cleare shap for the point of puncture and to have cooperation from the child's mother.
