息喘冲剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺病36例——附舒氟美对照组24例

36 Cases on Xichuan Granule in Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

选择慢阻肺急性发作期或慢性迁延期伴喘息的病人 ,在西药抗生素治疗基础上 ,用中药息喘冲剂治疗 ,并以舒氟美为对照组。结果表明 ,息喘冲剂能降低患者血浆血栓素、血管紧张素Ⅱ和提高6-酮 -前列腺素F1α含量 ,并能改善肺的通气功能和肺活量 ,总有效率为 83.3% ,并在止咳、化痰方面的疗效明显优于对照组。

Objective:To explore the effect of the Xichuan Granule in treating COPD patients and its mechanism of antagonizing the change of inflammatory medium,systematic clinical observation was carried out.Methods:The plasm level of TXB 2,6-K-PGF 1α ,ATI,ATII and pulmonary function were mensurated before the treatment and after it.Results:The plasm level of TXB 2 was decreased,the plasm level of ATII was also decreased,and the level of 6-K-PGF 1α was elevated, the pulmonary ventilatory function and vital capacity were also improved effectively.Moreover,the total effective rate was significantly better than that in the control(83.3%:66.6%).Conclusion:Xichuan Granule could inhibit the synthesis and release of TXB 2,accelerate the synthesis and release of 6-K-PGF 1α ,relax tracheal smooth muscle,with no side effects.Moreover,Xichuan Granule could improve the pulmonary ventilatory function and vital capacity,such as the vital capacity (VC),the forced vital capacity (FVC),the forced expiratory volume in 1 sec (FEV1),the maximal midexpiratory flow (MMEF),and etc.And the cough lightened,the sputum reduced was superority to the comparison group.
