摘要 β-防御素是由上皮细胞产生的富含半胱氨酸的阳离子抗菌肽,具有广谱抗微生物活性,可代替抗生素应用于畜牧生产实践中,保障畜产品的生物安全。文章对绵羊β-防御素的分布、结构、生物学功能以及体外表达等最新研究进展作一综述,旨在供研究者参考。 β-defensin produced by the epithelial cells is a kind of cationic antimicrobial peptides that are rich in cysteine.Because of its broad spectrum of antimicrobial activity,it can be used to replace antibiotics in livestock production for ensuring the safety of animal products.This article summarized the latest research progress in the distribution,structure,biological function,and expression in vitro of sheep β-defensins.
