韶关市实现消除碘缺乏病阶段目标评估

Evaluation on Realization of Stage Goal of IDD Elimination in Shaoguan

目的 评价韶关市碘缺乏病防治工作能否达到国家实现消除碘缺乏病阶段目标。方法 所有评价指标均按卫生部下发的《实现消除碘缺乏病阶段目标评估方案》和广东省卫生厅下发的《广东省实现消除碘缺乏病阶段目标评估实施细则》要求进行。其中尿碘用ADA冷消化砷铈催化法 ,甲肿率用触诊法。结果 所有评价指标均达到国家标准要求。其中加工厂、销售点及用户碘盐合格率分别为 92 0 %、95 3%、96 0 %。 1 884份尿碘中位数为 4 1 6 7μg/L ,<2 0 μg/L占 0 3%。 36 6 5名学生甲肿率为 3 5%。 结论 韶关市已达到国家消除碘缺乏病目标。

Objective To evaluate whether the national IDD elimination stage goal can been met in Shaoguan. Methods All the evaluated indexes followed the national and provincial guideline.The urine iodine level was determined by cold digested ADA and the goiter rate by palpation.Results All the indexes met the national criteria.The qualified rate of iodized salt in factory,retail sale and households were, 92.0% ,95.3%,96.0% respectively.Median of urinary iodine level in 1 884 samples was 416.7μg/L,and iodine level <20μg/L accounted for 0.3%.Goiter rate in 3 665 pupils was 3.5%.Conclusion The goal of IDD elimination by 2000 has been come true in Shaoguan.
