摘要
随着数字视频和图像的广泛应用,数字图像质量检测的重要性日益增长。通过研究数字视频图像质量检测的关键技术,分别针对视频图像模糊、色偏和脉冲噪声干扰,设计相应的基于空域无参考的检测算法。并对提出的算法设计评价试验,对不同主题的图像进行了评测。试验表明,文中所提出的方法与主观评测结果具有较好的吻合,为数字视频图像质量综合检测系统的实现提供了技术支撑。
With the extensive application of digital image and video,the issue of digital image quality detection becomes more important.In order to precisely detect the blur,Color Cast and impulse noise of digital images,corresponding algorithms are designed by analyzing the key technologies of digital video image quality detection.For each algorithm,an experiment has been designed with many images.The comparison of the detecting results of this technique to that of human shows that the approach proposed is accurate and reliable.On this basis,an image quality detecting tool can be implemented.
