摘要
关注高职教师实践性知识发展是教师专业化发展的诉求,能够促进高职教师提升教学水平和教学质量。本文结合笔者在高职院校的教学实际,旨在以学案设计的视角,揭示教师的实践性知识与学案导学的内在联系,探求高职教师实践性知识的发展路径。
The focus on higher vocational teachers'practical knowledge is the appeal of teachers' professional development,and it can promote their teaching quality.Combining with teaching practice in higher vocational colleges,the writer aims at revealing the relationship between teachers'practical knowledge and learning plan guidance,and exploring a path to the development of higher vocational teachers' practical knowledge.
