摘要
目的 了解青年女性人群对预防骨质疏松病的认识及其对食物钙摄入的影响。方法 在对北京医科大学 3 64名卫生系统的中青年女性 ,用问卷调查有关防治骨质疏松知识和奶类、豆类及其制品的摄入情况。结果 1 7~ 2 3岁、2 4~ 3 0岁和 3 1~ 4 5岁三组调查对象奶制品来源的钙摄入量分别为 4 8、79和 1 1 3mg 日 ,骨质疏松病和钙营养知识水平的变化也呈随年龄增加而增加的趋势。调查对象膳食豆制品对每日的钙摄入量贡献很小。绪论 建议预防和延缓骨质疏松病的教育中 ,加强青少年人群骨质疏松、钙营养和青少年期补钙。
Objective To understand the knowledge about osteoporosis and importance of calcium intake among female health workers. Method A questionnaire survey was conducted among 364 young female health workers of Beijing Medical University. Results The older the subjects, the more their knowledge about osteoporosis and the more their calcium intake. Bean food just makes a limited contribution to their calcium intake. Conclusion Education on osteoporosis peak bone mass, and calcium intake should be strengthened for female teenagers and young women.
