利用基于Win-XP环境的示波器数据获取系统测量PMT的单光电子谱 被引量:1

摘要 针对常见型号的示波器(Agilent, Tektronix, Lecroy, R/GOL等),在、vin.XP系统中,基于LabVIEW8.0软件框架,编译其底层软件和用户界面软件,通过调用示波器的驱动程序子VI和功能函数子Ⅵ,成功开发了多功能示波器取数系统。结合离线软件处理,该系统可以实现电荷积分、时间测量、计数、波形测量和波形图存储功能。通过对比此系统与VME系统测量的R5912光电倍增管的单光电子谱,此款示波器取数系统的性能得到了详细研究。 In reaction to the common oscilloscopes (Agilent, Tektronix, Lecroy, RIGOL, etc.), a system of data acquisition in oscilloscope with multi-function has been successfully developed in this paper by means of calling the oscilloscope driver subVI as well as performance function subVI in the Win-XP based on the LabVIEW8.0 software framework to compile the underlying software and UI (user interface) software. This system combined with the offline software is capable to realize these functions, such as charge integral, time measurement, waveform measurement and storage. The performance of the oscilloscope on data acquisition is studied in details with the comparison between the system and single photoelectron spectrum (SPE) of PMT R5912 measured by VME system.
