奥扎格雷和银杏达莫及长春西汀对治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of ozagel, ginkgo-damole and vinpo cetine thple therapy in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨奥扎格雷+银杏达莫+长春西汀三联疗法对治疗急性脑梗死的临床意义。方法选择新沂市人民医院神经内科2011年2月至2011年11月收治的60例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,并随机分成治疗组、对照组,每组30例,治疗组予奥扎格雷+银杏达莫+长春西汀静脉滴注,对照组予红花+血塞通静脉滴注,且两组同时均予胞二磷胆碱静滴,观察治疗0、1、2、3周后的NIHSS评分。结果治疗1、2、3周后,治疗组NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥扎格雷+银杏达莫+长春西汀三联疗法治疗急性脑梗死可明显改善临床神经功能缺损程度,提高日常生活能力,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the Ozagrel＋ Yinxingdamo＋ the vinpocetine triple therapy for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction clinical significance. Methods 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each treatment group to Ozagrel＋ ginkgo-damole＋ intravenous infusion of vinpocetine control group safflower XST intravenous dripNote. NIHSS score of the treatment group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 0.05）. Conclusion Ozagrel： ginkgo-damole： vinpocetine triple therapy for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can significantly improve the clinical neurological deficits, worthy of clinical application.
