自拟三联法治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎60例的临床疗效分析

Clnical curative analysis of thple therapy in the treatment of Chronic ulcerative colitis

目的验证并总结本科自拟的三联法在治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎中的临床价值和确切疗效。方法通过分析60例患者,特别是纤维结肠镜检查显示为首发的UC患者的临床症状及理化检查结果来判断三联法的临床疗效。结果入组60例患者中治愈15例,显效39例,6例无效,综合统计,总有效率为90%。结论我科自拟的三联法可以在对UC的保守治疗中取得满意疗效。

To verify and summarize our department with triple therapy in the treatment of clinical value and the curative effect of chronic ulcerative colitis. Methods Analyed clinical symptoms and physical examination , especially the colonoscopy results in patients with UC disease. Results 15 cases were cured in 60 cases, 39 cases markedly effective, 6 cases ineffective, comprehensive statistics, the total efficiency of 90%. Conclusion Triple therapy in our department from may achieve a satisfactory effect in the conservative treatment in UC.
