小潮气量机械通气治疗NRDS的相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨小潮气量机械通气在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合症(NRDS)治疗中的效果。方法回顾性分析本院新生儿重症监护室(NICU)收治NRDS患儿82例临床资料。结果两组PH值、PaCO2比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),两组PaO2和SaO2比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组氧暴露时间和机械通气时间均短于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。A组肺气漏、BPD发生率及病死率小于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论小潮气量机械通气可显著改善患儿肺部氧合功能,降低机械通气肺气漏、BPD等并发症的发生率和机械通气时间及病死率。
