摘要
本文使用ID3算法建立了客户与产品消费之间的决策树分类器模型,利用该分类器对目标客户进行分析,确定重点客户,对客户群实施差异化营销策略,缩减营销成本,提高营销效果,并通过实例验证了该方法具有一定的可信度。
