摘要
通过对比分析EA4T车轴钢表面及R/2处的常规力学性能指标、S-N曲线及显微组织,结果表明:试样表面处的综合力学性能强于R/2处,疲劳强度高于R/2处,但材料的抗过载损害的能力较弱。
By comparing analyzing of Axles Steel EA4T surface and the R/2 at the mechanical properties of conventional, SN curve and microstructure, the results show that the sample surface at the comprehensive mechanical properties is stronger than R/2, fatigue strength is higher than R/2, but the resistance of the material is weak overload damage.
