摘要
本文对员工满意的相关理论进行总结,并结合我国钢铁企业的特点,通过调查问卷来分析员工满意对企业管理工作绩效的相关性。研究发现工作环境、工作群体、工作内容、企业背景、个人观念五个维度对钢铁企业管理工作绩效有着显著的正相关关系。
This paper summarizes the theories of employee satisfaction, combined with the characteristics of China's iron and steel enterprises. This paper designs a questionnaire to analyse the correlation between employee satisfaction and job performance, the study found that management performance has a positive relationship with five dimensions, including work environment, work groups, work content, business background, personal concept., and the relationship is significant.
