健脾补肾活血方延缓衰老的实验研究

以Ｄ－半乳糖致衰老小鼠为模型，给予健脾补肾活血方（由黄芪、白术、何首乌、菟丝子、丹参等组成），探讨其抗衰老作用机制。结果表明：Ｄ－半乳糖拟衰老小鼠大脑皮层ＳＯＤ、ＮＯＳ活性显著提高，ＭＤＡ水平下降，提示该方能提高机体清除自由基的能力，改善神经递质代谢，从而达到延缓衰老的目的。

In order to study the mechanism of its anti -senility action, the mice models made decrepit with D - galactose were given the recipe. It shows a significant increase in the activity of cerebral cortex SOD, and NOS, but a decrease in MDA. This implies the recipe can increase the body's ability to scavenge free radicals, and improve the neural transmitter metabolism, thus postponing senility.
