近年来,个体以报复社会为目的实施的恶性案件在我国频繁发生,越来越多的学者开始将其作为一个特定的犯罪类型加以研究,但目前用于指称此类犯罪的概念并不统一。可以将这类犯罪统称为个体报复社会型犯罪。个体报复社会型犯罪的发生既有行为人的个人原因,也有复杂的社会原因。只有通过全社会协同努力,才能对之进行有效防控。

In recent years, with the number of the malignant cases committed by the individual for the purpose of taking revenge on society frequently emerging in our country, although more and more scholars begin to study it as a particular type of crime, the concept of reference for this kind of crime is not unified, and we suggest that this kind of crime should be collectively referred to as the type of crime of individual＇ s revenge - on - society. Both personal and complicated social reasons result in the emergence of the type of crime of individual＇ s revenge - on - society, and thus there is need for the collaborative efforts of the whole society to carry out effective measures to prevent and control this kind of crime.
