大面积烧伤治疗后期并发弥漫性血管内凝血一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者男,39岁,因＂头面颈、躯干及四肢火焰烧伤4h＂入院。入院查体：体温35.6℃,脉搏88次/min,心率18次/min,血压105/95mmHg（1mmHg=0.133kPa）。入院专科检查：患者有明显口渴感,口鼻烧伤,咽痛,四肢发凉。头面颈烧伤面积为5%TBSA,双上肢烧伤面积为10%TBSA,躯干会阴烧伤面积为8%TBSA,双下肢烧伤面积为40%TBSA。颜面、双下肢创面大部分为焦痂,躯干、
