摘要
针对非高强钢薄板料冲压大面积翻边容易出现的压缩起皱、波纹等问题,因传统解决措施改善不良或者改善之后影响产品的装配要求,设计了一种新型翻边冻结筋。拉深工序中成形出此冻结筋,后工序翻边时冻结筋被摊平。对比分析传统成形方案与此冻结筋工艺的有限元模拟结果和现场验证结果,此翻边冻结筋工艺成形效果更好,更能保证翻边面的成形质量,满足后续包边或者焊接要求。
Aimed at solving easily occurred wrinkle and ripple defects in large-area flanging of sheet metal except high strength steel, which are not obviously improved by conventional measures or lead to unwished affection on assemble request after improvement, a new freezing rib was designed. The freezing rib was formed in drawing process and flatted in subsequent flanging process. Simulation results and experiment results comparison between convention- al process and the freezing rib process shows that the freezing rib process can achieve a bet- ter shaping result, which can ensure shaping quality of flanging surface and meet the follow- ing hemming or welding requirements.
