摘要 为提高示波器外壳的生产效率和质量以及降低其模具制造成本,应用CAE技术的Moldflow软件对示波器外壳进行模流分析。在对示波器外壳的三维模型网格划分的基础上,计算出最佳浇口位置,并对塑料的填充时间、压力分布、冷却过程和翘曲变形情况进行模拟分析,结合模拟分析结果得到了较好的模具设计方案和合理的成型工艺参数。示波器外壳注塑成型后,其模拟分析结果与实际结果基本一致。 In order to improve oscilloscope shell's production efficiency and quality as well as reducing the manufacturing cost, mould flow analysis on the oscilloscope shell with CAE Moldflow software was carried out. Based on grid division of 3D model of the oscilloscope shell, the optimal gate location was calculated, and the fill time, pressure distribution, cooling process and warpage deformation were analyzed. Combined with simulation analysis results, reasonable mould design and process parameters were obtained. After oscilloscope shell iniection, the simulation analysis results and the experiment results are basically the same.
