摘要
目的探讨抚触护理在学龄期儿童浅静脉置管术中的应用效果。方法将336例行浅静脉置管术的学龄期儿童随机分为观察组和对照组各168例。观察组进行抚触护理后再行浅静脉置管,对照组行常规浅静脉置管,应用患儿面部表情分级法(FPS-2R)比较两组患儿疼痛程度。结果观察组患儿疼痛程度0,I,Ⅱ,Ⅲ级分别有86,50,24,8例,对照组分别有65,58,33,12例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(Z=6.72,P〈0.01)。结论抚触护理能减轻学龄期儿童浅静脉置管术中的疼痛程度,有助于患儿稳定情绪,减少焦虑,增强舒适感。
Objective To evaluate the effects of therapeutic touch on the pain in school age children undergoing surface vein posting. Methods Totals of 366 school age children undergoing surface vein posting were randomly divided into therapeutic touch group (n = 168 ) and routine care group (n = 168 ). The intraoperative pain was assessed at the end of surface vein posting using the FPS-2R. Results After the intervention, the number of pain level of grade 0(86 vs 65), I (50 vs 58), 11 (24 vs 33), III (8 vs 12) in therapeutic touch group was significantly less than that in routine care group, and significant difference was found (Z =6. 72,P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions Therapeutic touch can alleviate intraoperative pain in school age children undergoing surface vein posting, and contribute to stable emotion in sick children.
