摘要 采用乙基纤维素水分散体 (Aquacoat和 Surelease)为包衣材料 ,以流化床设备对盐酸苯丙醇胺微丸进行包衣试验。研究表明 ,Aquacoat包衣微丸必须经过热处理 ,以加速膜愈合过程 ,提高衣膜致密性。热处理条件 (温度、时间和方式 )是影响膜愈合程度的重要因素 ,热处理温度应高于衣膜 Tg2 0~ 30°C。Surelease包衣过程中 (包衣理想温度为 34~ 38°C)即可达到膜愈合完全 ,微丸无须再经热处理。包衣处方中加入适量 Phenylpropanolamine hydrochloride pellets were coated in fluid bed with Aquacoat and Surelease as coating meterial. For Aquacoat coated pellets, post coating thermal treatment should be used to assure the complete coalescence of latex particles. The drug release was investigated as a function of curing conditions(temperature and time) at different levels of plasticizer(triethyl citrate and dibutyl sebacate). Optimal curing temperature was found to be 20~30°C above T g of the film. For Surelease, completion of latex particles coalescence took place during coating application under proper process conditions without thermal treatment. Optimal coating temperature was found to be 34~38°C. Permeability of film could be modified by adding HPMC to coating formulation.
